Terms of Service

Last updated: 28.09.2026

1. Who you’re dealing with

These terms cover every service I provide through thisoneprocess.com. That includes free calls, paid calls and call packages, and work agreed in a proposal or quote, such as builds and automations.

The services are provided by High Five Industries Marcin Skrzypiec.
Address: Grzegorzka 18D/13, 40-309 Katowice, Poland.
VAT-EU: PL6462753412.

In these terms, that’s “I” or “me”, and the business using a service is “you”.

For bookings, cancellations, refunds and anything else, email marcin (at) thisoneprocess.com.

2. How these terms fit with each offer

Each service has its own offer page, or its own proposal or quote for work agreed with you individually. That is where you’ll find what’s included, how long it takes, the price, and what you receive afterwards.

These terms set the general rules. Where an offer page, proposal or quote says something different, the offer page, proposal or quote applies.

3. Businesses only

All services are provided only to businesses. When you book or buy one, you confirm that you are doing so on behalf of a business and for its business activity.

At checkout, or before invoicing, you give your business name and address, and your VAT number (if applicable).

4. What the services are

The services are advice, planning, working through your processes together with you and, where a proposal or quote says so, building things in your tools.

Unless the offer page, proposal or quote says otherwise:

  • calls take place over video with screen share
  • you make the changes in your own tools, and I tell you what goes where
  • I don’t access your workspace or accounts

A specific business result isn’t guaranteed. What changes afterwards depends on what gets put in place.

5. Price and payment

Prices are shown on the offer page, or in your proposal or quote. Any relevant taxes (like VAT) are added on top.

Payment is made in advance, unless the offer page, proposal or quote says otherwise. Every payment gets an invoice within 2 business days.

6. When your booking is confirmed

Free calls are confirmed as soon as you book them.

Paid services booked through the booking calendar are confirmed, and our agreement starts, once your payment is received. A booked time that isn’t paid for will be released after 6 hours of booking.

Work agreed in a proposal or quote starts once you accept it in writing, as described in section 11.

7. Rescheduling and cancelling

Free calls can be moved or cancelled at any time. Just let me know.

For paid calls, 24 hours or more before a scheduled call: you can move it to another time for free. If no part of the service has been delivered yet, you can also cancel for a full refund.

Less than 24 hours before a scheduled paid call: the call can no longer be moved or cancelled for a refund.

If I need to cancel or move a call, I’ll tell you as soon as I can. For a paid call, you then choose between a new time and a refund for that call.

If a technical problem stops a call from happening or cuts it short, we agree a new time at no cost.

8. If you don’t show up

If you haven’t joined within 15 minutes of the start time and haven’t contacted me, the call counts as missed.

A missed paid call can’t be refunded or rescheduled. It counts as delivered. This applies even where an offer page, proposal or quote promises a refund, because those refunds cover only calls that took place.

9. Refunds

Apart from the cancellations in section 7, refunds are given only where the offer page, proposal or quote promises one, and on the conditions it states.

Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days of your request, with a corrected invoice.

10. What you receive

Anything written for you, such as records, plans, diagrams or documentation, is sent by email or shared as a document, in the format and within the time stated on the offer page, proposal or quote.

It belongs to you, and you can use and share it freely within your business.

Anything I build in your tools, such as databases, views, templates or automations, is yours once it’s paid for. If something I build has to run on an account or service of mine rather than yours, the proposal or quote says so, and says what happens to it when our work together ends.

11. Work agreed in a proposal or quote

Some work, like setting things up in your tools or building automations and integrations, is agreed in a proposal or quote. It sets out the scope, price, payment and timeline, and the work starts once you accept it in writing.

Anything outside the agreed scope needs a new agreement, and it may change the price.

Access to your tools. If the work needs access, you grant it yourself, limited to what the work needs. I use it only for the agreed work, and it’s removed when the work is handed over. You can remove it at any time.

Personal data in your tools. Your tools may hold personal data about your clients, your team or others. For that data you are the controller, and I process it only on your behalf, for the agreed work and on your instructions. In particular:

  • I don’t use it for anything else, and I keep it confidential
  • I don’t copy it out of your tools unless the work needs it, and I delete any copies when the work ends
  • I protect it with appropriate security measures
  • I don’t bring in anyone else to work with it without your written agreement
  • I help you respond if someone asks to exercise their data rights, and I tell you without undue delay if I become aware of a breach affecting it
  • I give you the information you need to check that I’m meeting these commitments

12. Recording

I’d like to record calls so I can review them afterwards for extra notes, instead of taking notes during the call. I ask at the start of every call. If you, or anyone else on the call, says no, the call isn’t recorded.

Recordings stay on my own computer, aren’t shared with anyone, and are deleted within 14 days.

How I handle personal data is covered in the Privacy Policy.

13. Confidentiality

Anything I see or hear about your business stays confidential, whether on a call or in your tools. I use it only to deliver the service.

I won’t name you as a client or use your situation as an example without your written permission.

On calls, you decide what I see. If parts of your workspace can’t be shown to an outsider, choose something you’re comfortable sharing, or show a copy with the sensitive parts replaced by placeholders.

14. Liability

You decide what to put in place, based on the advice and plans you receive. When I build something for you, test it before you rely on it, and keep your own backups of anything important.

My total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. I’m not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. None of this limits liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited, including for damage caused intentionally.

15. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. Each purchase or accepted proposal is covered by the version that was in force when you made it.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If something goes wrong, email me first and we’ll try to sort it out. If that doesn’t work, disputes go to the court that has jurisdiction over my registered place of business.
