For businesses of 3–20 people coordinating work in Notion
Fix the process that’s costing you the most. In the Notion you already have.
A free 30-minute call to get clear on what’s actually slowing your team down, and whether we’re a good fit to fix it together.
Free, 30 minutes, no sales pitch.
Here’s how the call works (in 2 minutes).
Ever get questions like these?

Morning! Any idea where Henderson stands? Client’s asking and there’s nothing recent on the board.
The real update is in a DM between two people.

Hey, what happens after the client approves — does it go to Ana or back to design first? Sean’s away for another week and I don’t want to guess.
The steps are in someone’s head, and guess what happens when that person is away.

Client’s approved the brief. Do I need to update it on the board and in the tracker, or one of them updates automatically?
Everything takes twice as long as it should, every time.

Is Q3 Assets still live? There’s also a Q3 Assets (new) and I can’t tell which one I should be using.
Half the pages aren’t up to date or are leftover from a project that ended last year.
Let’s work out why it keeps happening
That’s what the call is for. It’s 30 minutes, mostly me asking questions: how the work moves, where it gets stuck, and what you’ve already tried. It’s for getting clear on the problem, not fixing it on the spot, and by the end you’ll have a clear picture of what’s going on and what would help most.
What that looks like depends on your setup. Sometimes it’s one process worth fixing properly. Sometimes everything’s tangled enough that the first job is tidying up a few processes together. And sometimes things are in decent shape and a couple of automations would save the most time.
If you already know what’s broken and what you want done, that’s fine too. We’ll go through it properly and see whether I’m the right person to help.
Either way, we finish by talking about whether working together makes sense. If it doesn’t, I’ll say so and point you somewhere more useful.
And it isn’t a sales pitch. I don’t have a package I’m trying to fit your problem into, so I won’t spend 25 minutes telling you what I offer.
Are we a good fit?
This is for you if:
- You run a business of roughly 3–20 people, remote or hybrid.
- Your team coordinates its work in Notion.
- Your current setup costs you time (work redone, things chased, questions only you can answer) or attention (chasing updates because you can’t tell what’s actually moving).
- You’re willing to change how the work runs.
This isn’t for you if:
- You work alone. Most of this only gets expensive once more than one person needs to see the same thing.
- You want your current setup left exactly as it is.
- You’re looking for a few quick tips rather than help fixing it.
Who you’d be working with

I’m Marcin. I’m Polish, I live in Poland, and I spent ten years working as a software developer before this.
That’s more relevant than it sounds. Most of the job isn’t writing code. It’s working out what information you’re dealing with, who touches it, what has to happen, in what order, and how all of that should look to the person on the other end.
Mapping the process is the hard part here, while writing the code is the easier bit. Usually. Ten years of that, professionally, is where I learned to do this.
It also means APIs and automations aren’t new territory. I’ve been using them the whole time, even before automations and webhooks were cool. So when the answer to a problem is “this should just happen by itself,” I know what that actually takes.
That said, I’m not going to turn up with a framework. It’s mostly me asking questions until the shape of the thing is obvious, and you telling me which of my ideas would never survive contact with your team.
And if you’re looking for proof, I write a food blog with a publishing workflow that runs across Notion, Canva, Drive and a set of automations. I designed it the same way I’d design yours: requirements first, then the tooling. Different business from yours, same job — here’s the whole thing written up.
Book a call
You don’t need to know what’s broken. Working that out is what the call is for.
When you book, tell me in a few sentences what the business does and what’s getting in the way. I’ll read it before we talk, so we don’t spend the call on background.
